Request for Proposals: Strategic Planning, Community Listening Sessions & Needs/Landscape Survey

Motivated and Empowered Inc. is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants, firms, and organizations to support the development of our 2027–2028 Strategic Plan. This opportunity will help our organization engage families, youth, community members, partners, and stakeholders through a community-centered planning process.

​

Through this Request for Proposals, Motivated and Empowered Inc. seeks a strategic partner to facilitate community listening sessions, conduct a needs and landscape survey, gather meaningful feedback from families and stakeholders, analyze community priorities and service gaps, and help build a clear, measurable, and actionable strategic plan for 2027–2028.

This process is designed to ensure that the voices of the families and communities we serve are centered in our future planning, program development, partnerships, and organizational growth.

Please carefully review all deadlines, submission instructions, required materials, and proposal expectations. Late or incomplete proposals may not be accepted, and extensions will not be provided.

Project Purpose

​

Motivated and Empowered Inc. is seeking proposals to support a community-informed strategic planning process that will include:

Community listening sessions with families, youth, staff, board members, community partners, and stakeholders.

A needs and landscape survey to identify family needs, service gaps, community priorities, barriers, opportunities, and recommendations for future programming.

​

Data collection and analysis to help Motivated and Empowered Inc. better understand the needs of the families and communities it serves.

​

Development of a final 2027–2028 Strategic Plan that includes strategic priorities, goals, objectives, measurable outcomes, and recommendations for organizational growth.

Application Opens

Completed proposals will be received beginning May 19th, 2026.

​

Proposal Due Date

Completed proposals must be submitted by:

Friday, June 6, 2026

No late proposals will be accepted.
