ME Inc. is hiring a Director of Operations & Programs to serve as the agency's daily operational leader. The ideal candidate is structured, direct, compassionate, deadline-driven, and able to supervise staff, manage program execution, oversee accountability, support Medicaid readiness, and protect the CEO from being pulled into every daily issue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff, assign priorities, monitor deadlines, and hold team members accountable.
- Lead weekly staff meetings, weekly leadership huddles, and weekly written updates to the CEO.
- Oversee program calendars, staff schedules, office coverage, event staffing, and day-to-day workflow.
- Track staff performance, missed deadlines, attendance concerns, and corrective-action needs in partnership with HR.
- Ensure programs are executed, documented, and measured according to grant, contract, and Medicaid expectations.
- Maintain agency dashboards for intake, case management, workforce, community engagement, billing readiness, and staffing.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of nonprofit, behavioral health, social service, or program operations leadership preferred.
- Experience supervising staff, managing grants/contracts, building systems, and tracking outcomes.

ME Inc. is hiring a full-time Intake and Client Immersion Coordinator to welcome families, complete intake, track referrals, connect clients to services, and ensure no family is left without a next step. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, responsive, and able to communicate with youth, parents, partners, and staff with care and urgency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls, emails, website inquiries, school/court/community referrals, and walk-in requests.
- Complete intake forms, demographic records, consents, releases, needs screenings, and referral tracking.
- Explain ME Inc. services and make warm handoffs to case management, counseling, mentoring, workforce, BloomNourish, parent support, and
events.
- Track new referrals, intake status, eligibility, appointment attendance, no-shows, and next steps.
- Follow up with families after intake to confirm service connection within seven days.
- Maintain accurate client data in the agency tracker or client management system.
Qualifications:
- Experience with youth/family services, intake, case coordination, customer service, or social services preferred.
- Strong phone skills, empathy, detail orientation, data entry, and follow-up.
- Must be comfortable speaking with families in crisis and escalating concerns appropriately.

ME Inc. is hiring a Lead Case Management / Licensed Behavioral Health Lead to oversee client care quality, case management, documentation, crisis escalation, service planning, and Medicaid-ready behavioral health supports. The ideal candidate is licensed, organized, compassionate, and able to guide staff and interns while keeping services compliant and family-centered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client needs after intake and determine appropriate service pathway.
- Develop or review service plans, care plans, referral plans, safety concerns, and family stabilization plans.
- Supervise quality of case management, CPST/TBS/PSR support, parent support, crisis-prevention support, and documentation.
- Audit client files weekly for case notes, releases, care plans, referral follow-up, contact logs, and safety concerns.
- Support crisis response, mandated reporting, safety planning, and escalation to appropriate emergency/clinical resources.
- Train staff and interns on documentation, confidentiality, boundaries, mandated reporting, and client engagement.
Qualifications:
- LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LISW-S, LPCC-S, or equivalent applicable Ohio credential preferred/required depending on final service model.

- Strong documentation, supervision, assessment, and ethical decision-making skills.

ME Inc. is seeking a part-time Parent Coach / QBHS Parent & Family Support Specialist to support parents and caregivers through coaching, resource connection, family engagement, and stabilization support. This person should be compassionate, dependable, culturally responsive, and able to document services clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide parent coaching sessions focused on stability, communication, child development, routines, school engagement, emotional support,
and family goals.
- Support pregnant/parenting youth, teen moms, caregivers, and families connected to BloomNourish, case management, and youth services.
- Assist families with resource navigation, referrals, appointment preparation, and follow-up.
- Confidential planning document | Verify wage classification, Medicaid rules, and payer requirements before posting or billing
- Document all contacts, goals, family needs, referrals, and follow-up steps.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate parent groups, family engagement sessions, and educational workshops.
- Report safety concerns, mandated reporting concerns, crisis needs, or high-risk family concerns immediately to the Licensed Lead.
Qualifications:

This role is perfect for someone creative, organized, people-centered, and able to turn community relationships into real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute community events, outreach events, partner events, vendor fairs, and program visibility campaigns.
- Manage event timelines, vendor communication, registration, supplies, volunteers, setup, day-of logistics, and post-event recaps.
- Create and coordinate social media content, flyers, newsletters, impact stories, photos, testimonials, and partner spotlights.
- Maintain community partner database, outreach calendar, collaboration tracker, and event/sponsorship follow-ups.
- Support major events including Back 2 School, Mentor Kickoff, Empower Me, Ivory Hour, BloomNourish events, and Home for Me outreach.

Interns will receive structured supervision, hands-on nonprofit experience, and a $1,500 annual stipend.
