Motivated and Empowered Inc. is seeking a passionate, dependable, and youth-centered Positive Youth Development Coordinator to support youth programming in both camp and after-school settings. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working directly with children and teens, helping them build confidence, leadership skills, positive relationships, and a strong sense of purpose.

The Positive Youth Development Coordinator will help shape the lives of youth through mentorship, structured activities, leadership development, social-emotional support, and engaging enrichment experiences. This position will work closely with youth, families, schools, staff, and community partners to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.

 

 

Case Manager

Location: Cleveland, OH
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Motivated and Empowered Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to provide direct support to youth and families. This role is responsible for helping individuals navigate resources, set and achieve personal goals, overcome barriers, and access the support needed to build stability and long-term success. The Case Manager will work closely with youth, parents, caregivers, schools, community partners, and internal staff to ensure each family receives individualized, organized, and consistent support. This position requires strong communication, documentation, follow-through, and organizational skills, along with a heart for community-based work.

Youth Advocate

Location: Cleveland, OH
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Position Overview

Motivated and Empowered Inc. is seeking a passionate and dependable Youth Advocate to provide direct support, encouragement, and guidance to youth participating in our programs. This role is designed for someone who has a heart for young people and understands the importance of building safe, trusting, and consistent relationships with youth.

The Youth Advocate will work closely with youth to help them feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate personal, social, academic, and family-related challenges. This position requires patience, strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to connect with youth in a meaningful and respectful way.

The Youth Advocate will serve as a positive role model and support person, helping youth build confidence, make healthy decisions, develop leadership skills, and stay engaged in programming. This role is essential to creating a safe and uplifting environment where young people can grow, learn, and thrive.
