The ME2 Program is designed to meet the developmental needs of youth between the ages of 5 and 18 by promoting healthy lifestyles, reducing exposure to violence, and empowering positive decision-making. By focusing on both Violence Intervention and Reduction (ages 10–18) and Health & Wellness (ages 5–18), the program addresses critical issues that impact young people’s emotional well-being, social skills, and long-term success.

Through conflict resolution training, violence awareness sessions, sports, nutrition education, and mental health resources, ME2 equips participants with the tools to lead safer, healthier lives. The program’s emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and community engagement underscores its importance in helping youth become responsible, resilient, and compassionate individuals. Ultimately, ME2 serves as a vital support system that guides participants toward brighter futures while fostering safer, more cohesive communities.

Healthy development doesn’t end with early childhood. As children grow into adolescents, they face new social pressures and challenges that can sometimes lead to violent behavior or conflict. ME2’s Violence Intervention and Reduction Program is designed to address these concerns head-on by equipping youth with the skills and knowledge they need to resolve conflicts, avoid violence, and become positive forces in their communities.
