We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Motivated and Empowered Inc. Our program focuses on helping girls to move past the trial, tribulations, and mistakes of life and be a woman of purpose and promise. We have an exciting platform for our young ladies to help cultivate them into young women. It is our hope that we can nurture and prepare you ladies to become productive members of our society. By starting now, we aspire to grow, as you grow, and to remain a part of your life for years to come. 

 

All of our programs are designed to offer young ladies instruction in mental, emotional, physical and social areas of life. We also offer a range of activities to help promote community awareness by participating in various service projects within the local community. We encourage students to further their educational and professional aspirations. 

 

A prospective must: 

  • Be between the ages 11-17. 

  • Have a passion to be the best version of yourself

  • Be A Sister 

  • Must be willing to fully commit time for participation in community service and workshop activities

  • But most importantly HAVE FUN!

P.E.A.R.L.

Precious. Empowered. Achieved. Royal. Ladies.

 

The Pearl is the oldest gemstone known and is considered the most valuable. The pearl is organic….they have a natural beauty. “The ragged, rough grain of sand, transformed over time, slowly growing into an object of great value and beauty”. They are the symbol of FEMININE WISDOM!

PEARL Academy: NOW OPEN FOR ENROLLMENT

Cost: $40 a month ($125 enrollment fee)

 

 Girls will make friends from around the city; gain mentors; know their worth and begin to define themselves. Teenage Support Group for Girls ages 11-17 years old. In this program girls will meet once a week via online.

 

This program is designed to help girls learn self-love; worth; and strength and to walk in their full value. We do this by walking through the key points of life. We help our girls overcome their trials and uncertainties and walk in their purpose. Pushing past the barriers of society and being their best ME to themselves, their families, and community. 

 

Goals: Young girls who will mature into smart, hardworking teens who will carry themselves with integrity and self-control; that will ultimately lead to healthy, strong, spiritually minded young ladies with empowerment and values. To increase positive self imagery, while reducing negative body imagery and lifestyles; to expand the horizon of participants by exposing them to different experiences and role models.

​Topics will include (but not limited to):

  • Empowerment- strengthens self-esteem and self imagery

  • Why Education- education on importance of knowing self and goals and the influence. We cover alternative to higher education

  • Character Building- building integrity and fidelity to moral principal

  • Dress for Success- “Pumped and Polished” learning to dress for the purpose and still be classy and attractive

  • I Am My Sisters Keeper- how to uplift your sister without and underline negative message

  • The Importance of Good Hygiene

  • Death Is Not An Option-suicide prevention

  • Purposely Living- how to live on PURPOSE! Helping Girls Find their why in life.
